Our journey commences with a complimentary consultation at our studio, where we strive to create an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere.

During this initial appointment, we’ll delve into your desired aesthetic and comfort preferences for your garment. We’ll explore any alterations you wish to make, offering guidance on feasibility and options.

Additionally, we’ll conduct a fitting by pinning your garment on you, providing a glimpse of the final outcome. Rest assured, we’ll commence work only once both the alterations and associated costs are mutually agreed upon.

2. Fittings

In order for us to deliver the perfectly fitted garment, we will need to book few fittings to achieve this (usually no more than 3), depending on the kind of alterations needed.

For Bridal alterations, it is very important at this stage that you bring in the undergarments and shoes you will be wearing on your wedding day to ensure the perfect fit.

We believe that you need to be completely happy with the way your garment fits you and we will organise as many fittings as required to deliver you the perfect dress without extra charges.

3. Final Appointment

At your final appointment, we encourage you to take your time and carefully assess the fit and feel of your garment. If there are any additional adjustments or tweaks you’d like to make to ensure it meets your expectations perfectly, our team will be more than happy to accommodate your requests.

We believe that your satisfaction is paramount, so we want to ensure that every detail is just right before you leave with your garment. Once you’ve given your approval and are completely satisfied with the fit, you can rest assured knowing that your garment is tailored to your exact specifications, and you’re ready to dazzle in style!
